The ceremony took place in church, setting the tone for a weekend that felt both timeless and authentic. Guests were welcomed afterwards for a reception featuring Christmas-inspired bites — think thyme sprigs, red berries, and a hint of seasonal spice. The colour palette played with deep bordeaux, soft gold accents, and rich evergreen tones, complemented by subtle touches of tartan here and there. The true eyecatcher of the evening: a large installation of Christmas tree branches woven through the wooden beams of the venue, from which long bordeaux ribbons flowed gracefully.
